There are different reasons that can cause an issue with getting the Reset Password email, such as internet connection issues, server errors, firewall/antivirus settings. These situations need to be examined by an IT member or a network admin.
However, in many other cases, it is much simpler to resolve. Here are a few scenarios that can cause this situation, and the ways to fix them:
The email was sent to the Junk/Spam folder: This is a very common situation that we recommend checking first. To avoid this from recurring, once you trace the email, simply mark it as "not spam".
The email address entered to restore the password is not registered: When entering an email address to reset the password, make sure to use the email address that is associated with your account.
To protect your privacy, we can't allow a non-registered user to access one's account on Oribi.
You originally signed up with Google / Facebook: When using your Google/Facebook account to sign up, you are not requested to set a password.
In this case, all you have to do to log in is choose "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Facebook" and you're all set.
